With more than 15 years of experience in the world of the beautiful and rich, Hairdresser, Shan Rahimkhan, knows exactly what his clients want. Shan was bang on trend when he launched his concept, True Beauty – with nail treatments, make-up and hairstyling to-go – in 2012. Then, as a development of this idea, he created the Red Carpet Ready concept at the Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin.
The German-Iranian businessman, Rahimkhan, took responsibility himself for the design of the new salon space. Overall, the lighting plays a significant role in the new store, because the architecture has been deliberately stripped back with clean lines and a minimalistic design language. The ceiling has been left black and lends the room a certain depth when combined with the anthracite-grey of the concrete floor.
